Curtin University researchers are creating a digital health solution with young people who have chronic musculoskeletal pain. This tool will offer personalized, accessible care for daily needs. The research team need your input on an AI-enabled coach and any concerns about using digital tools for pain management. Your feedback will help researchers improve this solution for others.

What’s Involved?

If you participate, you will be asked to complete a 15-minute online survey with three parts:

  1. questions about you (age, pain diagnosis),
  2. your preferences for an AI digital coach, and
  3. concerns about digital health solutions.

Recruitment criteria

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you are:

  • Aged 16-24 years, and
  • Currently experiencing chronic musculoskeletal pain to take part in this study.

‘Musculoskeletal’ means pain experienced in muscles, bones, joints, and nerves and ‘chronic’ means pain that has lasted for at least 3 months or more.
