Study Purpose/Description
Researchers from The University of Sydney are studying whether a self-guided 12-week physical activity program can help adults with hip or knee osteoarthritis increase their physical activity. The study is also looking at whether this program can be successfully used in Australia and whether it may help reduce osteoarthritis symptoms and improve quality of life.
